Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Maintain and support Windows operating systems and business applications.

Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or IT operations support.
- Experience supporting enterprise users in an onsite environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is an added advantage.
- Understanding of IT concepts such as networking, cybersecurity, and cloud computing is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, good time management, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
