About the role

Job Responsibilities: Facilitate financing solutions for SME customers in sectors such as vehicle, medical, construction, transportation, machinery, and shipping. Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customers, ensuring strong client engagement and satisfaction. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Proactively acquire new clients through networking and lead generation. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets set by management. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Banking, Finance, or related fields. 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in financial institutions or banking. Familiar with Hire Purchase/ Leasing for vehicle loans Strong sales orientation with an established network of business contacts. Proven ability to source and convert leads into successful financing deals. Solid experience in financial analysis and credit assessment.
