Responsibilities

  • Lead on-site IT support at our Bangalore, India office, ensuring all IT needs are met with professionalism and minimal disruption.

  • What you'll bring to Circle:
  • Provide in-person IT support at our Bangalore, India office for Circle employees. Ability to comfortably listen, triage, prioritize, and field frequent walk-ups, urgent issues, and context-switching in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support our remote IT Service Desk and our globally distributed workforce, including triaging incoming support tickets.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document processes, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • 4+ years experience administering and supporting core enterprise SaaS and IT systems (Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Iru (formerly Kandji), Workspace ONE) and basic network troubleshooting
  • 4+ years of supporting a fully remote, Apple macOS environment with a familiarity or desire to learn Windows in an enterprise setting.
  • Experience monitoring and resolving issues in a ticketing system, e.g. ServiceNow or similar.
  • Experience with standard conference room systems and A/V equipment
  • Understand mobile device management (MDM) with experience in Iru (formerly Kandji) for corporate macOS devices, and WorkspaceOne for mobile phones (iPhone/Android).
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset and operational ownership, with a desire to continuously learn, proactively identify gaps, and contribute feedback to improve IT processes and user experience.

What you'll be responsible for: The Senior IT Systems Administrator is a key, highly professional role, primarily based on-site at our Bangalore, India office, this is a full-time, on-site role. This role is responsible for maintaining and improving our core enterprise SaaS systems (Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Iru (formerly Kandji), Workspace ONE, and delivering exceptional end-user support in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. A significant component of this role is supporting all on-site personnel at our Bangalore, India office, including managing conference rooms and audiovisual (AV) equipment. Furthermore, this role will also be expected to provide remote support to our globally distributed workforce, with particular coverage for Asia and EU timezones. You will be responsible for supporting our existing full Apple macOS environment, with a forward-looking goal to expand support to Windows in an enterprise setting. We are looking for an energetic people-person who can interface enthusiastically with all levels of users within Circle.
