Additional Information
Reports to: Wilkes-Barre Campus Pastor Hours Commitment: Full-time hours (40-45 hours/week) with regular weekend responsibilities. Objective: To create a culture where a world-class Guest Experience is priority through leading and developing leaders and volunteer teams to increased effectiveness to introduce more and more people to Jesus and help them fully follow him. Evaluation: The Wilkes-Barre Experience Director will meet regularly with the Wilkes-Barre Campus Pastor for planning, goal setting, progress updates, and general coaching. A formal Action and Development Plan will be completed and reviewed three times throughout the year.
