Responsibilities

• Manage work programs to ensure they are delivered to client expectations, timeframes , and specifications
• Deliver multiple concurrent projects across their entire life cycle, including scope management, contract administration, financial management , project scheduling, and risk management
• Undertake site investigations for a wide variety of large-scale infrastructure projects
• Deliver geotechnical tasks including site investigation, analysis, design, reporting, and construction supervision across projects of varying size and complexity
• Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals across commercial, industrial, land development, transportation, and municipal infrastructure projects

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, with 8+ years of experience in a similar consult ing environment
• Strong local experience in geotechnical analysis and design, including settlement, foundations, slope stability, and retaining wall design
• Proven experience in planning and delivering site investigations, ground modelling, and geotechnical risks assessment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging clients on technical and commercial matter s. A collaborative mindset and a commitment to mentoring and developing junior team members in a multidisciplinary environment
• A track record of delivering technically robust, practical solutions on complex infrastructure projects.
• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status, or a commitment to achieving chartership.
