Requirements

- Prior exposure to additional Adobe Experience Platform products (AEP), RT-CDP, Target, or AJO. If you don't have these specific certifications, you should have experience in comparable platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Braze, or Snowflake).
- Demonstrated product management skills-technical expertise and broad technical strategy-across MarTech tools.
- Experience directing project teams through agile methodologies, managing multiple resources, and guiding individual employee performance and growth.
- Strong communication abilities-able to break down complex topics into easily digestible parts, pull together intentional story lines for clients, and foster communication between teams and leadership.
- Proven track record of anticipating client growth and needs, defining strategic roadmaps, and owning client delivery from a value realization perspective.

- This position pays a base salary of $130,000 to $155,000 per year. This position is eligible for a semi-annual individual bonus based on performance. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
