Responsibilities

• 🎉 Event Coordination & Logistics
• Support planning and execution of staff events, workshops, and engagement activities
• Coordinate event logistics, registrations, attendance tracking, and event materials
• Provide on-site event support to ensure smooth operations
• 📦 Vendor & Procurement Coordination
• Liaise with vendors on quotations, deliveries, and event requirements
• Assist with purchase requests and procurement processes
• Track vendor deliverables and follow up on timelines
• 📋 Administrative Support
• Provide administrative support to the Organisation Development team
• Maintain records, event documentation, invoices, and attendance data
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and meeting notes
• 📊 Data & Reporting Support
• Consolidate participation data, survey results, and feedback
• Assist with attendance tracking, engagement metrics, and expense reporting
