Requirements
- 6-8 years of proven track record in technology process improvement, IT governance, or technology transformation within the financial services sector or complex corporate environments.
- Around 10-12 years of total work experience.
- Prior tenure at a top-tier management or technology consulting firm is considered a significant advantage.
- Deep, practical understanding of enterprise-scale software engineering and SDLC mechanics.
- Proven capability in managing the complexities of diverse delivery ecosystems, particularly the integration of modern Agile practices within heavily regulated environments.
