Product Manager (UX/Product Designer & Operations) - JN

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and roadmap planning based on user needs and business objectives.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into intuitive product experiences and requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, business, and operations teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Manage vendor engagement, procurement activities, budgets, and operational processes.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, training, and adoption of new platform capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and user feedback.
• Ensure product delivery meets governance, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in Product Management, UX/Product Design, or related fields.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to technology products, digital platforms, or enterprise applications.
• Looking for candidate with at least 7 years of experience
• Experience in Singpass and GCC+ is an advantage.
• Working Location : Central
