Requirements
- Approximately 3+ years of experience in Retail, Travel Retail, Luxury, Beauty, Fragrance, Cosmetics, or related industries
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and retail locations is highly valued
- Experience in field sales, retail operations, business development, or area management is a plus
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to analyze business performance
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic international environment
- Strong coaching and influencing capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Languages
- Native Japanese level and fluent business-level English required
