VERTICURL A WPP COMPANY Solution Architect Location: Thailand (Bangkok-based) Reporting To: Regional Practice Lead / Delivery Manager Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Experience Required: 5+ Years in MarTech / Solution Architecture Role Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Solution Architect to join our Thailand team, specializing in Marketing Technologies and Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions . In this role, you will be a key technical authority - bridging client business needs with best-in-class MarTech implementations, driving solution design, and ensuring delivery excellence across a portfolio of regional and global accounts . You will work closely with clients, internal delivery teams, and regional leadership to translate complex requirements into scalable, high-performing technical solutions while also contributing to business development and capability growth within the practice .

Responsibilities

• Business Growth & Presales
• Accelerate business growth by identifying and solving clients' known and emerging challenges, pioneering innovative solutions that exceed industry standards .
• Partner with Account and Delivery leads on Business Development activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development for prospects, clients, and WPP network companies .
• Assist different teams at Verticurl by providing demonstrations and technical solutions on Verticurl-supported Marketing Technology platforms .
• Solution Design & Technical Delivery
• Work with internal and external clients to understand project requirements; produce solution design documents and blueprints for system integration and demand generation programs .
• Design and implement end-to-end solutions - from requirements gathering, architecture design, and development through to deployment and ongoing maintenance .
• Create, design, and implement demand generation programs in clients' chosen MarTech platforms .
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert on product capabilities, integration processes, AI solutions and complex program flows .
• Ensure standard development procedures are followed across all solution delivery engagements .
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for client solutions; own and drive resolution of technical evaluations across your book of business .
• Client Experience & Partnership
• Build a customer-centric practice focused on delivering exceptional client experience and measurable value .
• Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews in partnership with Account Leads, incorporating Thought Leadership and Technical Leadership perspectives .
• Develop case studies and success stories to showcase account impact and Verticurl's capabilities .
• Assist clients with day-to-day process improvements, metrics reporting, and translating complex technical policies into simple, actionable solutions .
• Operational & Delivery Excellence
• Optimize operational efficiency by streamlining technical processes, maximizing resource utilization, and minimizing project delays and technical blockers .
• Oversee production on identified projects, ensuring quality standards and client expectations are consistently met .
• Commit to delivery excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement to drive sustainable growth .
• Capability Development & Innovation
• Continuously upskill to stay current with solutions in the Marketing Technology stack, especially Marketing Automation, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Data Platform and Customer Experience solutions .
