Your Daily Tasks: Reach out to prospective clients via outbound calls using our lead lists Apply communication techniques from our training to warm up every conversation Set and confirm appointments for wealth and investment consultants Keep accurate records and follow-up notes in our CRM Participate in ongoing coaching to keep performance sharp Who We're Looking For: GCE 'O' Level or higher Minimum 1 year in telemarketing, sales, or phone support Open to coaching and committed to hitting targets Disciplined and able to work independently from home Must have valid work authorization in Singapore
