- Engage in discovery/test & learn activities to quickly validate concepts as appropriate for backlog investments.
- Invest significant time with users and business subject matter experts to understand their needs & habits and to elicit their feedback to potential product concepts and/or released product iterations.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.
