Land Transport Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Trucking Coordinator to join our team at based in the Changi Airport East Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating the efficient transportation of goods and materials across our road transport network.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, carriers, and internal teams to schedule and monitor the delivery of goods
• Manage the dispatch and tracking of trucks, ensuring timely and safe delivery of shipments
• Optimize transportation routes and schedules to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, including documentation and inventory tracking
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the transportation process
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Collaborate with the logistics team to continuously improve processes and procedures
• About you
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar trucking or logistics coordination role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in using transportation management software and other relevant tools
• Knowledge of road transport regulations and best practices in the logistics industry
• Flexible and adaptable, able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Only Singaporean/SPR need to apply
