- Lead the migration of ad-hoc requests to automated, "executive ready" dashboards, freeing the team to focus on high-value foresight.
- Establish data governance standards to ensure the competitive ecosystem provides "executive ready" accuracy.
- Required Technical Skills & Qualifications:
- Data Expertise: Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks to manage the strategic data foundation.
- CPG Analytics Mastery: Extensive experience with CPG syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI/Circana, NPD, Yipit, Numerator) and advanced Power Pivot/Excel modeling.
- Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to triangulate granular data (e.g. Yipit-to-internal share) into high-stakes business recommendations.
- Retail Dynamics: Deep understanding of both the traditional brick & mortar as well as ecommerce shopping landscapes.
