Position Summary AST is searching for an Administrative Assistant who provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Spacecraft Engineering & Power Systems organization, enabling leadership to focus on critical engineering, development, and business objectives. This role serves as a key partner to department leadership by managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, supporting onboarding activities, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining departmental records, and assisting with daily operational needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, handle confidential information professionally, and collaborate effectively across engineering, manufacturing, and business teams.
