About the role
TikTok's Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team aims to drive ad product growth by leading product strategy and go-to-market plans, as well as reflecting key market insights and product feedback to global product teams to improve TikTok's suite of ad products. Responsibilities
- Based on business goals, develop strategies for TikTok e-commerce /shop advertising products (including short video, live streaming, shopping mall, creatives, etc.), define business priorities, and formulate key operational strategies.
- Work closely with clients to understand the cost structure, business goals, major EC promotional moments, and marketing pain points of key market clients, and provide corresponding product solutions.
- Conduct market research, product feedback analysis, and competitive media research, while collaborating with product teams to drive product optimization.
- Partner with sales, e-commerce, product, and client operations teams to advance product GTM and market education, in order to support revenue target achievement.
- Based on business and product goals, build scalable mechanisms for e-commerce advertising and operations methodology, metric system development, and business analysis and monitoring.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in overseas e-commerce advertising product operations, market strategy research, or e-commerce business operations; North America market experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with mainstream internet platforms, as well as products such as auction ads, affiliate creators, and creative ecosystems; hands-on experience in ads placement & optimization is preferred.
- Strong data sensitivity and logical thinking, with the ability to independently analyze business and product opportunities.
- Solid project management experience, with the ability to lead communication for complex projects and present outcomes effectively; cross-country market project experience is preferred.
