Responsibilities

  • You will be part of the sales operations team, working closely with both internal stakeholders and customers to ensure efficient order management and excellent service delivery across the Scandinavian market.

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Understanding of order management and logistics processes.
  • Experience working with ERP systems; SAP is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Structured way of working with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian; additional Scandinavian language skills are a plus.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to ensure a smooth and positive experience from order placement to delivery. You will play a key role in managing customer orders, resolving issues, and supporting our sales and supply chain teams.
