About the role
Job responsibilities: Submit the loan cases to bank for processing. Record loan cases into Salesforce. Liaise with Banks for update on loan status. Monitor and update Salesforce with loan approval advice from the Banks. Convey the loan status to Sales Consultants. Release loan amount into Salesforce for registration. Liaise with Banks and arrange for daily collection of documents. Other daily admin duties include photocopying, archiving of loan cases into ParaDM, etc Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
