About the role

This role will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting, ensuring integrity of books, strong controls, and effective financial governance. The role acts as a bridge between transactional accounting and financial reporting, supporting both statutory and management reporting requirements. Requirements

• Strong understanding of end-to-end Record-to-Report and financial reporting processes.
• Solid accounting knowledge (India GAAP / US GAAP / IFRS).
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• High attention to detail with ability to see the bigger picture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Chartered Accountant / CPA.
• 8-10+ years of experience with public accounting, financial reporting, accounting, or controllership roles.
• Experience in technology, payments, financial services, or fintech preferred.
• Experience in multinational and multi-entity environments preferred.
• Exposure to audits and regulatory reporting.
