- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
- Experience operating within complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
- Strong capability across business readiness, communications and training activities
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving delivery environments
- Change management certification such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent is highly desirable
- Industry experience:
- Telecommunications experience highly desirable
- Alternatively, experience in a complex and regulated industry such as financial services, FMCG, or similar environments

Full-time contract (initial 6 months, likely extension) Location: Sydney Working model: Hybrid - 3 days per week in office (Tuesday-Thursday) We are seeking an experienced Organisation Change Manager to support a critical Scams Prevention Program within a Security & Risk environment. This role will lead end-to-end organisational change activities, developing and executing change strategies, driving business readiness, and enabling successful adoption across a complex transformation program.
