Where Human Connection Fuels Possibility At Maritz, decades of innovation and perseverance have built more than just a strong reputation - they've shaped a culture where human connection and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. Joining Maritz means becoming part of a workplace grounded in a critical truth; people and their potential is our greatest resource. Maritz helps companies achieve their business goals by inspiring people to perform their best. We design experiences, incentives, and recognition programs that spark action and deliver measurable impact. And we've brought this human-first design inward - intentionally building teams that care for each other and collaborate powerfully. In our most recent employee survey, nearly 90% of respondents said that their managers care about their concerns and 82% said they feel genuinely appreciated. We know that when employees feel seen, supported, and celebrated for who they are, they thrive and so does our business. That's why we've created a flexible, environment that empowers you to do your best work without sacrificing what matters most to you. In fact, in that same survey, nearly 90% of respondents said they have the flexibility they need to balance work and personal life and nearly 80% said Maritz does a great job prioritizing employee well being. We have a passion for excellence and genuine care for the people making it possible. The Technical Product Manager will help shape and evolve the Retail Performance Platform (RPP), Maritz's next‑generation, cloud‑native platform designed to power incentive, recognition, and engagement programs at enterprise scale. RPP consolidates complex retail performance initiatives into a single, configurable platform that supports multiple brands, programs, and user communities through modern architecture and shared capabilities. Built with a client‑first mindset, RPP combines program administration, participant engagement, communications, and performance analytics into seamless digital experiences. The platform is designed to launch programs quickly using standardized capabilities, while remaining extensible enough to support highly tailored solutions when client needs demand it. This balance of speed, flexibility, and scale is central to how Maritz delivers measurable performance outcomes across retail ecosystems. As a Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization of product capabilities within RPP. You'll work closely with engineering, business stakeholders, and client‑facing teams to translate market needs, client challenges, and operational realities into clear product direction. The role also partners in go‑to‑market and presales efforts helping position platform capabilities, validate solution fit, and ensure what is sold aligns with what can be delivered. This role offers the opportunity to work on a modern, multi‑tenant platform that is actively replacing legacy systems and enabling new client growth. You'll help influence how incentive and performance programs are designed, delivered, and scaled - balancing long‑term platform evolution with near‑term business impact.
