About the role

Primary Responsibility The incumbent is responsible for establishing and leading the SKIMS brand across Singapore and Malaysia by delivering outstanding customer experience, brand perception, sales, growth and profitability across retail and omni-channel. Areas of Responsibilities Customer Offering, Experience & Service Identify market-specific customer offerings for all channels across Singapore and Malaysia. Strong product understanding to keep SKIMS DNA consistent across all channels. Oversee price mapping, buying, experience, service and innovation across all channels. Retail, Brand Activation & Events Lead store launches, pop-ups, activations, and brand events across both markets. Plan and execute launch campaigns and experiential moments that build awareness and drive sales. Merchandising & Buying Own range planning, assortment, and buy/OTB for both markets in partnership with the global merchandising team. Analyse sell-through and stock cover to drive replenishment, pricing, and markdown decisions that protect margin. Marketing Full accountability on the brand's annual marketing & communication plan across Singapore and Malaysia. Sales & Profit Full accountability on the P&L and cash-flow across both markets. Analyse, set goals, support and follow up on results to optimise sales, growth and profit. People Full accountability on people's recruitment, development & engagement. Secure brand's and organisation's culture. Expansion Full accountability on retail and omni-expansion across Singapore and Malaysia; where applicable. Secure brand's and organisation's store renovation & maintenance standards across the store portfolio. Brand Analyse and identify market specifics to secure a strong brand funnel. Act as role model "brand ambassador" in both markets. Leadership Responsible for making the SKIMS team work in the best way to develop and create the best customer experience according to brand DNA, values and best practice. Lead the organisation towards set goals. Inspire, delegate, develop, motivate and challenge the teams. Secure long-term succession and talent management planning. Report and communicate plans and budgets to the brand management. Any other ad hoc Division's responsibilities as assigned by the Management for the Division.
