Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas, including restrooms, offices, public spaces, event areas, and back-of-house facilities Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and disinfecting surfaces Set up and break down facilities for events, including arranging furniture, equipment, and other event-related materials as needed Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance, safety, or repair concerns to the appropriate personnel. Supervisory Responsibilities Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
