Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities

• Assist QA/QC Technicians in executing quality assurance and control activities to maintain product standards
• Conduct in-process and final inspections of sheet metal parts to identify defects and ensure compliance with specifications
• Maintain and update inspection and quality records accurately to support traceability and reporting
• Record and update data in the system to reflect inspection results and quality status
• Communicate effectively with operators to address and resolve non-conformance issues promptly
• Assist QA/QC Engineers in verifying rejected parts to determine root causes and corrective actions
• Perform other assigned duties to support the quality assurance team and production processes
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent education
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in mechanical parts inspection or quality control
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings to assess product conformity
• Experience using QC measuring instruments and equipment for accurate inspections
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills to manage data efficiently
• Strong attention to detail to ensure meticulous quality checks
