Como Consultor de Recursos Humanos para Estados Unidos, brindarás soporte y atención a través de llamadas y chats a empleados de Estados Unidos en apoyo a dudas generales, administración y/o mantenimiento relacionados con el ciclo de vida del empleado, dentro de nuestro sistema Workday. Responsabilidades principales Atención a través de llamadas y chats a empleados de Estados Unidos en apoyo a dudas generales (actualización de información, apertura de posiciones, temas relacionados a su sueldo, políticas, pagos etc) Procesar nuevas contrataciones, bajas, desvinculaciones, cambios de estatus de empleados y otros eventos del ciclo de vida del empleado en la plataforma de gestión de capital humano Workday. Procesar cambios salariales, incluyendo ascensos/degradaciones y cambios salariales puntuales. Procesamiento de transacciones a nivel ticket en sistema ServiceNow y Workday. Requisitos: Es requisito obligatorio tener un inglés conversacional y escrito (se toman llamadas de USA y chats) Algún tipo de experiencia o noción en el área de RR. HH. Actitud proactiva y de servicio al cliente. Se valora como extra, algún conocimiento con el uso de WorkDay o ServiceNow.
