We are seeking an exceptional Data Centres Segment Director to drive strategic growth across the Pacific Zone. This is a senior leadership role, accountable for shaping and executing the segment strategy, leading complex multi-business sales ecosystems, and strengthening Schneider Electric's position as the partner of choice in the data centre and cloud infrastructure space. You will operate as a customer-facing market leader, orchestrating internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to deliver sustainable revenue growth, deepen strategic relationships, and unlock long-term value across the C&SP ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- You will lead segment strategy, sales performance, and customer engagement across a complex and fast-growing market, delivering measurable growth and long-term strategic impact.
- Own and execute the end-to-end segment strategy for the Pacific Zone, aligning global priorities with local market dynamics and growth ambitions
- Drive revenue growth, pipeline development, profitability and market share across data centres, cloud, and digital infrastructure
- Build, strengthen, and expand executive-level relationships, positioning Schneider Electric as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
- Lead and orchestrate the full sales ecosystem-account managers, partners, internal teams, and global stakeholders-to deliver consistent, multi-year growth
- Develop and scale strategic accounts, including incubating new high-potential customers and accelerating their long-term value
- Design and execute complex solution-led sales strategies, leveraging digital, services, and sustainability offerings to differentiate Schneider Electric
- Enable a high-performance sales culture, driving accountability, coaching, capability uplift, and disciplined execution across the segment
- Represent Schneider Electric as a market thought leader, engaging in industry forums and shaping customer outcomes through insight-driven solutions
- About You
- You are a strategic and commercially astute sales leader with deep industry expertise, capable of driving growth in complex, solution-driven environments while influencing at the highest levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Software, or related field
- 10+ years' experience in data centre, tech infrastructure, or technology-related industries
- Proven track record in sales leadership, business development, or segment management, delivering sustained growth
- Strong experience working with hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data centre clients
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, including managing large deals, P&L ownership, forecasting, and contract negotiations
- Deep understanding of power systems, digital solutions, and data centre infrastructure (HV/MV/LV, cooling, automation)
- Experience driving sustainability and efficiency outcomes through digital and services-led solutions
- Strong capability in strategic planning, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional leadership
- Familiarity with software/digital sales environments and end-to-end sales cycles
