Business Operations Lead at Handoff We're hiring a Business Ops Lead to serve as the executive arm of our COO and help translate leadership strategy into company-wide execution. In this role you'll own Handoff's operating system - from cycle planning and KPI dashboards to financial modeling, board materials, and high-priority special projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, isn't fazed by ambiguity, and wants to operate at all levels of a fast-scaling startup. If you're a sharp, hungry operator who wants to work directly with a COO building a company from the ground up - this is the seat. You'll see everything, own a lot, and grow fast.
