MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Three years of experience in all phases of food service operations with specialized experience and training in food preparation and ordering of food and supplies. A minimum of one year experience supervising operation of restaurant, business operation, or equivalent leadership experience including providing work direction to other employees. Be able to obtain a valid health/sanitation training card Must have knowledge of basic math and must complete Cash Handling Training Course before handling fund and Refresher Course once per year. Knowledge of cost controls. Ability to work within budgeted guidelines. Knowledge of industry trends, policies and procedures. Working knowledge in Microsoft Programs such as Word, Excel, etc. Must have excellent customer service skills and good communication skills orally and in writing. Must be able to obtain a current and valid SOFA driver license, travel on and off base is required. Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule to include weekends, holidays, early and late shifts. This activity is a Drug-free workplace.
