- Support agency management, including processing invoices, maintaining Preferred Supplier Lists (PSLs), and managing new agency agreements.
- Organize meetings between agencies, talent acquisition, and hiring leaders to align on talent acquisition strategies.
- Data and Cost Effectiveness:
- Regularly update talent acquisition planners and interviewer rotas to ensure resource allocation is optimized.
- Track and report talent acquisition metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to support continuous improvement.
- Technical Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition technology, including assessment tools (e.g., HackerRank).
