Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage stakeholders and ensures a documented and agreed understanding of stakeholder expectations for deliverables, timelines, and budget.

  • Develops and implements learning evaluation strategies using the Kirkpatrick framework. Completes post campaign reviews and analysis to drive improvement in future campaigns.
  • Education & Experience Recommended
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Learning and Development, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in consulting, training design, facilitation, project management, and learning technologies
