Responsibilities

• Proactively approach and engage walk-in customers to promote health supplements.
• Explain product benefits, usage instructions, and ingredients in a clear and friendly manner.
• Offer basic health advice and make product recommendations tailored to customers' needs.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
• Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-stocked product display in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally and escalate issues when needed.
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the sales or marketing team.
• Participate in roadshows, promotional events, and new product launches.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels or equivalent; background in nutrition, health, or related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• Comfortable working retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Work location: Islandwide Working hours: 5 days per week including both weekends, up to 44 hours per week Basic Salary: $2,600 - $3250 per month Uncapped Commission (Averagely around $800 - $1200) Medical Leave Entitlement Annual Leave Benefits Career Growth Opportunities
