Responsibilities

  • YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in Business Administration, Textile Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in a medium-sized company environment with international steering, combined with the ability to manage effectively in a global matrix organization
  • Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational execution
  • Extensive leadership experience in international sales, ideally in a regional or global role
  • Leadership skills with a focus on empowerment through effective communication tailored to people, situations, and desired outcomes
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive environments
  • Solid experience in budget management, pricing governance, and key account prioritization
  • Business fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and the ability to act confidently across different hierarchy levels
  • Willingness to travel on business internationally
