Plumbing Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
• Service water heaters, tankless water heaters, fixtures, drains, and water lines
• Perform plumbing inspections and preventative maintenance
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• Present solutions and recommendations that best fit customer needs
• Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with water heaters, fixtures, drain systems, and residential plumbing repairs
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build trust with homeowners and present solutions confidently
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
