About the role

Job Location - Tirupur and Mumbai can be given To manage operations, customer's communication, audit scheduling, portal management in accordance with Eurofins procedures. Train support staff to execute assigned task. Monitor support staff for performance and timely completion of activities Manage Audit tracker and engage with freelance auditor for booking Manage auditor travel planning as per set procedures Manage review and processing on audit team expenses and freelancer bills. Support General Manager to complete budget and revenue closure activities Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline Minimum 5 year of experience in Operations management, preferably from a CB company. Experience in team handling Good at operating Microsoft Office Proficiency in English Customer Relationship management system (CRM) Professional Approach
