As a Warehouse Department Manager, you'll support operations across Uline's bright, clean and safe Kenosha facility, spanning across 800,000 square-feet. Join a growing North American company stocked with thousands of high-quality products and deliver excellence for our customers! Available Shifts: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM Sunday - Thursday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM Position Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of a specified warehouse department, such as UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock or Transfers. Provide hands-on leadership and development for warehouse personnel. Create schedules and plans to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals. Maintain high levels of accuracy and customer service in your daily department operations. Monitor warehouse performance data and quality standards to identify opportunities for improvement. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree a plus. 3+ years of warehouse experience. Supervisory experience within a high volume, fast paced distribution environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills.
