Finance Technology Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Strategic Finance-Tech Alignment:
• Partner with Finance and Technology leadership to shape and deliver the digital finance roadmap.
• Ensure finance requirements are embedded in system design, data flows, and reporting solutions.
• Controls & Governance:
• Strengthen financial control frameworks through technology enablement.
• Ensure systems support compliance, audit readiness, and data integrity across entities.
• Reporting & Data Architecture:
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable reporting solutions using Oracle Cloud ERP, Power BI, and other platforms.
• Drive consistency in data definitions, mappings, and governance across Tech Finance.
• Transformation & Innovation:
• Champion automation, AI tools, and advanced analytics to improve finance operations.
• Support the digitization of month-end close, forecasting, and cost management processes.
• Business Partnering:
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and Operations.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure successful adoption.
• Change Leadership:
• Lead change management efforts for new systems and processes.
• Provide training, documentation, and support to finance teams during transitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in finance transformation, systems implementation, or enterprise finance roles.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems (Oracle), BI tools (Power BI), and finance data architecture.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in matrixed, multinational environments preferred.
