On the job you will: M-FL is a 3-year graduate program where Management Associates complete the following: Boundless Opportunities A 3-year structured rotation within the Sales Management track, including exposure across Agency and Partnership channels, followed by a final phase dedicated to role specialization. This journey will help you build a comprehensive understanding of how distribution systems operate, develop strong business acumen, and explore long-term career paths in business management.
