About the role
Responsibilities including but not limited to: To assist the operation manager on daily sales and order processing as well as to work closely with the operation manager on all project and/or budgetary enquiries. Ensures that all urgent correspondence and enquiries to be carried out efficiently and reports to operation manager if and when necessary. You are also responsible to resolve minor issues of a non-technical nature and to report major issues to operation manager for a solution. Good filing system in hard and soft copies for all enquiries up to completion of order. Preparation of enquiries from cost sheet to recommendation for purchase of project enquiries.
