Requirements
- 7+ years of professional cabinet making, millwork, or custom fabrication experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a lead, senior, or mentoring capacity within a fabrication or production environment.
- Deep expertise in custom millwork and exhibit fabrication.
- Strong ability to read and interpret shop drawings, CAD-based plans, and construction documents.
- Experience working with laminates, plywood, MDF, melamine, veneers, hardwoods, and specialty materials.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
