This unique phone based role will see you working with our Novated Lease customers and supporting them in the provision of the necessary automotive accessories to allow them to maximise their vehicle for the duration of its lease. Managing your monthly sales targets and KPIs, you will engage in account and stakeholder management as you develop and manage your portfolio. Your key responsibilities in this role will include: Ensure employee customers are aware of and understand key produc t information and price. Adherence to defined sales procedures and responsibilities Take ownership of any aftermarket issues i.e., vehicles being delivered without all items being fitted and liaising with all stakeholders to ensure a satisfactory outcome for our customer Contribute positive ly and constructively to sales and service improvement activities CRM adherence for customer contact, special notes and submitting of orders and cancellation of orders where applicable To be considered for this role you will possess the following: Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales environment, preferably telephony based Commitment and proven ability to provide a high level of customer service Ability to work eff ectively in a team environment, e ngages in pro-active behaviour and takes action to seize opportunities and promote new ideas High level of written and verbal communication skills . Ensure completeness and accuracy of tasks, information and activities and sho ws attention to detail E ffectively manages own time by planning activities, setting priorities and acting i n an urgent manner at all times.
