Position Summary The WTR Process Engineering team is dedicated to fully managing, maintaining, supporting, and enhancing operations at SAS. The Industrial Wastewater Treatment (IWT) Process Engineer will be accountable for ensuring the safety of the work environment for the team and all stakeholders. This role includes monitoring system performance, conducting trend analyses, and preparing reports related to sustaining operations, maintenance, and process/equipment improvements. Additionally, the engineer will prepare work packages for upgrades and maintenance of the IWT systems and assist with comprehensive troubleshooting of IWT plant issues, encompassing both mechanical and process breakdowns. Furthermore, the engineer will evaluate process requirements and specifications for all WTR systems. Role and Responsibilities Here's What You'll Be Responsible For: Monitors and improves daily operations of the IWT plants. Prepares work packages and executes and reports work scope in an organized, systematic and concise method. Works closely with engineering colleagues, Operations Team, and Maintenance Team to coordinate upgrades and maintenance tasks. Takes responsibility for a specific portion of the plant following an initial onboarding period. R esponsible to become the expert on that portion of the plant. Represents associated Risks and Benefits in any discussions of changes in Operations, Technology, or Projects associated with that plant.
