- Actively develop skills by joining team meetings, covering for colleagues on vacation, and learning on the job about other areas of production

- Competent copyediting and proofreading skills, suitable for brief, young child-oriented titles

- Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally with project stakeholders
