Electrical Package Manager - Dublin

Due to continued expansion we require an Electrical Package Manager for Dublin-based projects. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all phases of the mechanical services project delivery cycle, including: Pre-construction and planning Construction Testing and commissioning Coordinate design team information and details in line with project delivery timelines Ensure implementation of MEP deliverables on the project Ensure all MEP works are carried out to the highest safety standards Inspect all installation works against the approved quality plan Monitor programmes and review installation progress of MEP services Work collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the wider project team Relevant third-level degree 6+ years' experience, preferably with a main contractor Previous project experience on construction and/or civil engineering projects preferred (e.g. residential, pharmaceutical, data centres) Chartered or working towards chartership Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong IT skills As a permanent employee of John Paul Construction, you will benefit from: Competitive salary Company vehicle or travel allowance Relocation allowance (where applicable) Company laptop and phone Pension Life insurance and income protection Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Access to lifestyle benefits such as the Bike to Work scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, Sports & Social Club, and more We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
