Responsibilities

  • Southdown is a key delivery partner within the Lighthouse service, working in partnership with Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust to provide a specialist Tier 3 mental health service for adults experiencing complex emotional and relational needs.
  • You will provide strong leadership across day-to-day delivery, supporting group-based interventions, managing risk and safeguarding, and driving quality and continuous improvement.
