About the role

Job scope: Adhere to all Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies and requirements, always ensuring personal and team safety. Promptly report workplace incidents, near misses, hazards, and unsafe conditions. Take responsibility for implementing, enforcing, and promoting SHE standards and initiatives within assigned areas of responsibility. Ensure employees are adequately trained, competent, and equipped with the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties safely and without health risks. Oversee and provide hands-on daily supervision of GMP manufacturing operations and personnel across the manufacturing facility. Participate in workforce management activities, including recruitment, training, coaching, performance development, and employee support. Manage day-to-day operations within assigned GMP manufacturing suites, including: Supervising and supporting manufacturing personnel on the production floor. Developing, reviewing, and updating batch records, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and solution preparation documentation to maintain GMP compliance. Conducting timely reviews of manufacturing records, batch documentation, worksheets, and related production documents. Scheduling manufacturing personnel to ensure production targets and timelines are achieved. Reviewing production plans and setting shift assignments based on operational priorities. Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity objectives are consistently met. Collaborating with the management team to achieve operational goals, objectives, and key deliverables. Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing process challenges. Ensuring timely reporting, investigation, and closure of manufacturing deviations. Acting as the lead trainer for manufacturing processes and associated equipment. Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and resolving operational issues. Coordinating equipment maintenance and ensuring operational readiness.
