- Deep expertise managing procurement for bulk-purchased off-the-shelf and customized components for use in in battery systems or other similar products, through distribution channels as well as directly from manufacturers
- Outstanding data evaluation and analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills; experience presenting clear recommendations to leadership to drive strategic and operational decision making
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally approx. 30% of the time
- Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or similar discipline

Role Description Form Energy is hiring a highly skilled supply chain professional to develop and execute the sourcing strategy for battery system-level components to be used in Form's pioneering iron-air battery systems. As part of our GSM team, you will be involved in researching markets, identifying and engaging with suppliers, developing and executing sourcing strategies, and managing key supplier relationships in collaboration with key cross-functional teams. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and be part of the growth of a fast-moving company with breakthrough technology and an incredible mission! This is a hybrid role, which will require working onsite from our office in Berkeley, CA 3+ days per week. Relocation assistance is available.
