Additional Information

Are you an experienced Supervisor with a background in residential or commercial restoration or renovation projects? Ledcor Construction is seeking a motivated, safety-focused professional to join our Building Services team in Vancouver. This position will initially be assigned to a night shift for approximately two months on a project in Vancouver. Once the project is completed, the role will transition to a day shift assignment within the same team. If you are a dependable team player who takes pride in your work and leadership, we want to hear from you. Essential Responsibilities Supervise and provide quality control for labour and detailing activities Lead, train, and mentor Detailing Specialists Manage daily workforce allocation, performance, and productivity Perform hands-on labour duties as required Promote and maintain a safe, healthy work environment for crew members, clients, and the public Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures
