Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and success profiles.
  • Create compelling job descriptions and post across relevant platforms.
  • Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct structured phone/video interviews.
  • Coordinate technical interviews and hiring panels.

  • Qualifications & Skills
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience hiring for software engineering, AI/ML, SaaS, or technical roles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter with a willingness to dig in, learn quickly, and proactively take ownership of work in a high paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience recruiting in a startup or high-growth tech company.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance.
