Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and success profiles.
- Create compelling job descriptions and post across relevant platforms.
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.

- Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience hiring for software engineering, AI/ML, SaaS, or technical roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with a willingness to dig in, learn quickly, and proactively take ownership of work in a high paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred:
- Experience recruiting in a startup or high-growth tech company.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance.
