Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage Brazilian top business partners to kick off business for the hardline category.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign;
  • Help business partners gradually expand exposure by leveraging creators' capabilities or building their own;
  • Discover new collaborative opportunities for partners' short-term and long-term development plans;
  • Maintain service quality provided by partners - low cancelation and return rate, reviews, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction;
  • Utilize data proficiently to understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritize solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills;
  • Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity;
  • 3+ years relevant working experience;
  • Good communication and collaboration skills working cross functionally in a global working environment.
  • Experienced in relatable in-category management, at a large partners, or agency side or other company with specialism in beauty is preferred.
  • Strong sense of social content (livestream and short-video is a preference), practical experience in the social commerce, content marketing, influencers, and creativity in the categories is a plus;
  • Collaborative and open to changes and challenges and learn;
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
